「The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Its location was excellent, just a short distance from both the zoo and the observatory. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room warm and cosy throughout our stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and our kids absolutely loved the place. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.」

「could do with some work , and a good clean, found hair stuck around the shower tap and on the floor, the edge tiles around the shower/ bathroom need to be cleaned . the bed was comfortable and clean. and the painting needs to be completed, but as there was work being done at the time it was in reasonable good condition.」

「The room we stayed in had a massive mould patch in ceiling above kitchen with water dripping inside and on floor. A horrible brown leak was coming out of oven on arrival and we used up all our towels to clean up the mess. We had three little kids and the staff were not helpful at all. We didnt even get offered new towels.」
