New owners have done a lot of improvements since they took over last year. eg fantastic shower(was over the bath before) plenty of room to move and no danger of tripping over the edge of the bathanymor.

new owners/ managers who are very friendly. room was a good size but definately needs new drapes (managers said they are on order.) and updating. very oner priced at $161 my next hotel in armidale was $162 and 4 times better.

The rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, however our room had a very strong chemical smell that didn’t disappear when doors were left open or a/c turned on.

The location was convenient as was the parking. As for the rest I won't stay again. The shower dripped continuously, and everything felt tired and worn. The restaurant thought is expedient to move their enormous noisy bins around 10 pm every night. I could hear them thru my earplugs.

For a Deluxe Twin room, it was very ordinary, there was nothing deluxe about it. Chips on old wooden furniture, bathroom sliding door wouldn’t open, air conditioner only just working, needed painting, renovating etc etc

Queen bed had a bit of dip where previous people had slept, so moved over to other side of the bed. So will book again but ask for a different room. Shower was great pressure awesome. Great spot and reasonable price for room. Thank you

Awesome beds. Good size twin room. Reasonably priced. Not sure if there is breakfast available to the rooms or not but definitely not breakfast at the restauant, which is a shame. Found a can under the bed so cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Rooms can do with a lick of paint but nothing really bad.

Stayed in a Queen Superior so it had a renovated bathroom but the rest of the room was in need of renovating. There was a strong smell of maybe a toilet block in the room that I was unable to find?? The bed sheets were fresh and clean.
