「The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. 「There was a water main break so we were without water for an entire day. I received no notification of the issue or any status updates while it was being fixed. All that was offered was a case of water left in the hallway so if you happened to see it you could grab a bottle or two before the case was gone, but it was not enough to shower or flush a toilet.
