「The first morning in my stay, the shower water temperature bounced from very hot to very cold to very hot again pretty frequently. However, the second morning had no issues. There wasn't a very large breakfast menu. Instant eggs and pancakes were pretty much it. The English muffins weren't very fresh. At least the coffee was fresh and hot. The bed was ok. Not very soft, but I slept good. The TV channels were pretty basic.」

「The beds were very very comfortable. The one and only staff member that I dealt with was very nice and hospitable. The room had a funky stale smell to it and when we turned on air conditioning that also had an odor so we sprayed some perfume and it made it a little better. Cooled the room well. The room appearance was very neat and clean but went to use the coffee maker, and there was dirt and scaly white residue in the top where you put the water in like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time....

It was super clean and at first the staff were great at communicating, later we tried contacting the staff to checkout early or to ask for other amenities and were left for days without a response, so very disappointed with their “24/7 available communication,” because it didn’t seem like they were...

「The man at the front desk was pleasant. Both treadmills in the workout room were broken and around 7:00 am workers directly outside our window were hammering and banging on the building ripping off siding. I understand the need for remodeling but don’t put guests near the remodeling or don’t remodel when guests are trying to sleep. Breakfast was average at best. We had a pet spider/web in the tub when we arrived as well. I have stayed here before and that stay was better, this stay was...
