「Friendly and helpful staff」

「This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling...

「飯店在有坡度的老城區，離車站有點距離，可以在火車站旁邊公車站搭1號公車，在第三站下車，再走250公尺就到了。計程車要20CHF。有大行李的，走路會很累喔。飯店房間有個小廚房，讓房間感覺起來寬敞。房間浴室都很乾淨，也很舒適。飯店周圍都是精品店，環境高雅，晚上可以出來散步，氛圍很好。早餐普通。飯店的性價比不錯。」

「The hotel was located next to the cable car station and was very near to town. The room was clean and bright, the view was nice. However, the room could be stuffy at times.」

「飯店離車站很近，但在半山腰，有推行李的要注意。 這次我們住在地下樓層，房間不算大，但有按摩浴缸，房內充電孔很多但床頭沒充電孔。房內有熱水壺，冰箱，吹風機也有室內拖。地下樓層沒電梯，有需要可以請服務人員幫忙。 飯店服務人員很好，早餐很好吃，有熱食！ 附近有coop超市有賣烤雞 」
