It was good to see the improvements they are making. Staff are amazing. So very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.」

「This is a place you always want to come back. Not only the location but the environment is just perfect! Also, I don’t have a dog but it’s the first place I see, that it is really pet friendly and I’d love my daughter to enjoy it with her dog. Smiles everywhere and always friendly, neat and clean. 「Stayed for one night. Staff were fantastic, service at breakfast amazing and the room was lovely and quiet. Very comfortable bed and central to town so a great spot.」

「5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel」

「Lovely bright room with a really comfy bed and thoughtful touches throughout, including spare towels for the hot tub. Easy check-in online and contactless access to our room, although friendly staff were available if needed. The hot tub was nice and hot for when we arrived which was perfect after a long hike.
