"Hotels.com "booked" a king bed room for me, which is not available for travelers with pets, that I did specify when booking. Our room had two double beds instead, which was OK. The air conditioner could make the room cold, but could not keep up with the humidity - it was foggy when we arose the day we left. Parking was great and very near our room. The "hot" breakfast is a little less than expected, as it's mostly toast and muffins, and apples were the only fruit. There is a waffle maker and batter, and yougurt was available. Your other protein is peanut butter. The check-in staff was friendly and explained the room situation. The pet fee was only $15, compared to the $50 I paid on the first leg of my trip."

"When I make my reservation I make clear the I need a 1 floor, the guy in the counter was rude and say the I need to make the reservation with them not with 3 party, he charge me for my room and I sing the recive, and then he also charge me $10 extra to give me the 1 floor but never told me he was going to do it, I new bc he also charge to the other person $10 for the 1 floor. I was sure the when I made the reservation and explained my need accordingly with my help I get it, but I was charged xtra bc I have a back problem and need 1 floor, it’s ridiculous"

"The staff was very friendly, however, the rooms were disappointing. The walls must be very thin because we could hear people talking in the next room and they weren’t arguing. Also, the tub made so much noise when you stood in it that it sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. Grout was missing on the bathroom tile floor and were uneven and crackled. It may have just been the room that we stayed in, but it felt unsafe. The breakfast was disappointing as was our stay."

"Dead tired after 9 hours on the road, I arrived at this motel. Desk clerk laughed when I asked about coffee in the morning, said to go to the Waffle House across the parking lot. Sheets were stained, walls were scuffed and paint peeling, bathtub looked grungy, floor boards were warped and sticking up. But it did have a fridge and a microwave, and the AC worked well. No bedbugs, so I stayed. Asked about ice later with the same response: Waffle House. In the morning, I used the microwave, after which all power to that side of the room went off, apparently a tripped circuit breaker, which I couldn't find. Tried to report this so the next guest wouldn't suffer, but no staff available when I checked out. Cost was $46, so I guess you get what you pay for, or a little less. NEVER AGAIN!"
