「Vimos agradecer ao pessoal da Granja que nos prestou grande ajuda por reativar o carro alugado que, por minha negligência, deixou a bactéria descarregada por ter o motor ligado durante a noite. Agradecemos pela paciência do pessoal (e de outro casal cliente) para ajudar resolver o problema, suportar contrariedades, incómodos e dificuldades com calma e tranquilidade. Parabéns à Dona da Granja por ter uma equipa que demonstra um atendimento excepcional, sempre com um sorriso e muita cordialidade....

「Staff were helpful, the room was clean and parking was on site which was nice. The grounds around the hotel were quite nice which had many orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit.
Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty.
The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra.

「Beautiful hotel and vibe! Good location, right next to the university. Breakfast is carefully curated with home made cake etc but there wasn’t a lot of variety.
Parking was a pain given the hotel is situated on top of the hill surrounded by narrow roads that are parked with cars, but one can manage with help. 」

「The room access was by a narrow staircase and was two levels down from the entry. Breakfast and coffee were basic. In the bathroom, the ceiling had water infiltrating from the level above. The room was large and nicely decorated. The bed and pillow were good.」

「We greatly enjoyed our stay with CBR Boutique Hotel. The location is very central, right next to the river and main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The themed rooms are stylish and clean. The breakfast is simple but good and definitely enough to fill you up. What impressed me the most was the staff's hospitality and helpfulness, as they looked out for me and helped me recover my valuables. I am deeply grateful to them for saving my trip! Will definitely stay with them if I visit...

「There is no elevator, especially if you want to move your luggage from the first floor to the fourth floor, you have to do it yourself because there is often no one at the reception. Although there is a jacuzzi, the water is flowing out and there are unknown objects coming out. I really don't dare to enjoy it.」
