「The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5」

「The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed.
