「 Avoid This Place at All Costs! After numerous stays at various properties in Fernley, I’m baffled as to why I ever chose to return here, time and time again, but I’ve finally had enough. 「We arrived late and the kind staff accompanied us including my service dog & 1 pet which was probably inconvenient at the time. Thank you !! 」

「Breakfast was picked over, no biscuits, no potatoes and dried out scrambled egg. Someone in the room above started doing laps of their room at ten thirty at night. After half an hour of listening to what sounded like a buffalo stampede we called the front desk. They intervened after two more calls. Very disappointed in the stay here. 」
