「Our room was not ready until 5 PM despite the 4 PM check in time. The hotel itself is very nice and close to the lake. There is a separate fee for parking also.」

「The staff was extremely helpful, whether the gentleman helping visitors at the well-maintained breakfast bar, or the matron who cleaned our room each day. The front desk associates were prompt, cordial, and most professional!」

「There are two Holiday Inn expresses in South Burlington. We thought we got the one with the pool and we didn’t. The elevator was broken. The breakfast is mediocre at best.」

「The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. 」

「Plenty of parking, convenient location. It's an old building and had some issues to be attended to. The room could have been a little cleaner. The beds were fairly comfortable. It was good for the one night we stayed there. The people were great.」
