「Very spacious room with many amenities like warm water pool, gym, cafeteria/restaurant… so many parking spaces around the hotel footprint. The room is super clean with many sets of towels, in-suite coffees and teas. Super like it and will book again when coming back Great Falls area.」

「Nice people working at the desk. Really liked the way they send you text messages asking if the room is acceptable. Did not care that room sink has no drain stop - when I asked maintenance he replied “it's a drain” it would be not to worry a out dropping things down the drain.」

「First, I didn’t get the rooms I asked for after I called twice and they confirmed they have the 2 rooms blocked. They gave away our rooms because of technicality. 2 families traveling so we wanted our rooms close together ended up on 4th and 2nd. We stayed for 5 days and 1 room was only serviced once and the 2nd room none at all. By the 4th night there were no clean towels left , garbage not picked up . Also, beds were uncomfortable, hurt my back. And about the free breakfast was nice .. for...

「Stayed at this Holiday inn a few times. Good stay overall, They had some coordination issues with the breakfast that I purchased through Expedia and Holiday Inn could not find. Holiday Inn resolved this problem to my satisfaction.」

「nice facility. Last minute check in - and I'm not all about tech communication - but luckily the ladies were still "in the office" and able to get us all checked in. Never could figure out how to make the tv work - maybe info in the email that I was not able to receive while on the road. Otherwise very nice for the price!」

「It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all」
