「Very big room, perfectly comfortable and bathroom was huge. Shower water pressure was excellent. Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room. Nice to have 2 types of pillow and book with ideas for what to do in the local area. Some of the reception spa staff were not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel (beautician was very helpful). Would very much like to come and stay again - Other guests had walked down to the 3 cliffs bay and we did not have enough time for this - easy drive to university where we were seeing our daughter . 」

Holly gave us a choice of 2 rooms and also spent some time with us identifying local things to do and see. Our room was warm and comfortable, dinner was very nice and parking was easy in the hotel car park. 」
