「The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. They did, however, make it very clear that we were NOT...

Beauty place to stay, plunge pool was epic, and the whole experience was very comfortable, just far enough out of the main drag to be quiet in the evenings, but close enough that the short walk was nothing to fret! Beach access was so close and quieter at this end of the beach, 10/10 no contest! 」
