「Me senti como en un vuelo de avianca...que segun yo pague primera clase y me dieron clase de turista...ni siquiera las 24 hrs....porque si ud quiere entrar a la habitacion tiene que esperar hasta las 4 pm, pero puede pagar mas para que le den la habitacion antes...y luego hacer check out a las 12 medio dia...donde desde las 10 am le estan diciendo vayase....que esperiencia tan fea..」

「The room was excellent and modern. Views from the balcony beautiful. Front desk staff was not welcoming except for Brittany, who was very helpful. Others wouldn't even look up at us or acknowledge us. The restaurant food and service was very good. Location is a bit far from any services, so have a car or expect to take taxis to anything.」

「I stayed in the Deluxe Room and it was clean and spacious. The property was clean and the staff all were pleasant and cheerful. The property sits right on the beach, however Jaco sand is rough, this has nothing to do with the property. The location was in the middle of town and walkable to mostly all shops and restaurants.」

「The view was incredible! I could spend four days by the pool. It was great to have the shuttle (4x4) to the beach. It is not a swimming beach at all, but it is great for watching the waves and reading a book. Drinks were delicious, though the good was hit or miss. (The tuna tartare was incredible; the seafood platter was a sad disappointment.) The staff were very kind and helpful and there was yoga on the weekends with a transcendent view.」

「After having a bad experience at a previous hostel we drove down the block to Jaco Laguna in hopes of finding a last minute place to stay for the week. The staff was extremely accommodating and we managed to book a beautiful room and check in immediately! The price was very fair considering its amenities, our room even had a lovely balcony with a private staircase right to the pool. 「Josue the property coordinator was excellent. The condo was very nice and stocked well. Lots of great amenities and great excursions at the Adventure park, he also helped with that. The Marina is overpriced, and go to the yellow super and the meat market next door they are great prices for grocery’s. The Mercado is also expensive . The property was gorgeous. Get golf carts - so much fun and don’t miss the monkeys down by the public beach.」

「Es un buen lugar, pero dicen tener club de playa y no lo tienen y tampoco lo resuelven. Y las habitaciones huelen a demasiada humedad porque no tienen ventilación por ningún lugar mas que con la puerta abierta. Cuando te bañas el agua corre por la habitación porque hay un error de nivelación en la construcción.」
