「Great Breakfast, staff」

「Rooms are clean, neat and pretty. There are three bedrooms and enough room for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). The road leading from the main street to the house is narrow, steep, and winding, making driving a bit challenging. A smaller vehicle with four-wheel drive and decent driving skills will be necessary. The location is nice. Just 20-30 minutes to Cartago. We had a good time there!」

「The hot springs pool was absolutely wonderful! And we even had it all to ourselves during our stay. Plus, the temperature was nice and comfortable. There was also a beautiful, peaceful, little pool next to the creek that we enjoyed. The property was really lovely and immense. We took a very long hike up for a good view. They did not have the restaurant open for dinner when we were there. So, the staff offered to drive us to and from a restaurant that had a nice atmosphere and good food. And you...

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass wir kein Wasser hatten! Auf unsere Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass dies zur Zeit wegen der Straßen Bauarbeiten erst wieder am späten Nachmittag verfügbar sei! 「Hotel is just ok. Rooms dont have the amenities they offer. To have a fridge, they did a downgrade of the room. Restaurant not good. They confused the orders, 45 minutes wait for the wrong plate and very expensive. I cant recommend this place.」

「Would highly recommend this place. The owners just couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The cabins are bright, comfortable, and clean. The location is convenient to the Mirador de Ujarras and the Ruinas de Ujarras as well as multiple good restaurants. The citrus trees on the grounds attract lots of interesting birds. We saw at least 35 species from our porch. Hanging out with their adorable, super friendly Doberman was a big bonus for us.」
