「good experience」

「Was not allowed to check in and they still charged me the room fee for the night. I booked for my daughter and she was denied access to the room. She was told that we were going to get a full refund, but the claim was denied. I’m not sure if this was Expedia or LivAway. I was charged the room fee for the night even though, LivAway denied access to the room. I’m attaching all the receipts.」

「I was shocked that we had to share a cabin with another couple and their room was directly above ours. We could hear every word they said all night.」

「Breakfast was mediocre 😕. NO bacon as advertised. Instant eggs were mushy. Room was wonderful & super clean. Nice sheets/bedding. We slept very well.」

「None of our outlets worked, kinda run down but it’s a place to sleep. Pancakes were paper thin a machine made them for you, the bagel and bread smelled bad. The orange juice was like water. 」
