「הגענו בסביבות השעה 15:00, המלון היה סגור, על הדלת היה פתק: להתקשר לטלפון מקומי במקרה שאין אף אחד. התקשרנו, נאמר לנו לעלות למסעדה - שם מחכה לנו מפתח. עליתי - נאמר לי לחכות - מסתבר להגברת קיבלה טלפון וירדה למטה לחפש אותנו. בסופו של דבר קבלנו חדר. פתח מיזוג בחדר (ללא שליטה מהחדר) טרטר כל הזמן - חשבנו שזה בגלל הרכבל ויפסק כאשר הרכבל יפסיק לעבוד (17:00). אחרי 6 יצאני לטייל (סביבת המלון מאוד מיוחדת ושקיעה אחרי 9) - דלתות יציאה ראשיות לא נפתחו, מצאנו איזו דלת צדדית פתוחה עם גישה החוצה מאוד לא נוחה...

「Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. Overall we had a blast and we recommend it as a place to have your ski holiday and relax. It is a lot of fun for both kids and parents 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children.」

「On n'y a passé qu'une nuit, en occupant deux chambres. Et deux ambiances : nous concernant, une chambre sans problème, confortable, litterie de qualité, salle de bain de qualité. Un defaut : présence d'une porte communiquante avec la chambre voisine (fermée heureusement). D'où l'impression d'avoir les voisins dans notre chambre au niveau du son parfois. La seconde chambre a un balcon. Jolie vue. Malheureusement un des deux lits a une literie fatigué (l'autre est parfaite comme dans la première...

「THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE.」

「飯店附近冬季是滑雪勝地，也有很多健行路線，離纜車站很近，住宿品質服務與附近環境都不錯，不過可逛可買的東西很少，餐廳選擇也不多，飯店推出的吃到飽晚餐，非常不推薦，菜色種類很少，口味普通，肉類乾硬，不含飲料，價格也不便宜，供餐人員態度友善是唯一的優點，早餐的品質較為正常，選擇也較多」
