「Absolutely amazing! Room was gorgeous and spotless, Ms Ai and all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Without doubt, this has been the best stop of our trip and I hope Mountain House will let us come back in the future! We had dinner at Mountain House one evening and it was excellent - real home cooked food. Free use of the bikes was great and Ms Ai organised a cave tour and a moped for us. An incredible stay that made us feel truely welcome!」

Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. The host and their family are so warm and welcoming we would definately return if we are back in that area. 」

The staff would never miss a chance to sell you national park tour or pick up services(seems to be a norm in that area), but was very nice and are able to communicate in English.
