「入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。 整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。 唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。 旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。」

「Nous avons découvert avec plaisir la chambre des dames. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, tant par l'accueil des propriétaires (vraiment attentionnés) que par la soirée, menu délicieux, avec vins choisis. Le petit-déjeuner a été tout autant 」

Il faut compter entre 230 & 250 € pour une soirée étape en couple avec diner & petit déjeuner. Chambre désuète sous les toits avec petit balcon qui malheureusement est inaccessible à cause de déjections d'oiseaux non nettoyées. Dommage...」

「Great spot in the center of town. Lovely pool. Plentiful breakfast. Having a designated parking lot was great only we got back late one night and couldn’t enter because it was locked and the desk wasn’t staffed so we had to find parking elsewhere.」

「非常重要：此古堡酒店沒有空調。優秀之處：房間非常漂亮，交通方便適合沒有駕駛執照的旅行者，番茄紀念品店的員工很友善，番茄商品質量很好。但是沒有空調，房間於晚上熱得如同烤箱，即使開窗也沒法散熱。我有呼吸道疾病，因此一直咳嗽。古堡戶外反而更涼。接待處職員提供的一把電風扇也沒有作用。由於鄰近森林，開窗後吸引大量蚊子，我被咬了十多口。6月的房間售價200歐而獲得此體驗，並不舒適。只推薦秋冬時訪問」
