「The staffs are super helpful and caring. Highly recommend.」

「This hotel is very close to the Shiva statue and also offers vegetarian dishes. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and they include a terrace, making it perfect for meditation and pilgrimage. The staff are very polite and eager to help. Therefore, I will definitely return next time.」

「Loved everything about this hotel!」

「I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. 「The staff at this traditional hotel are very helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. It is also very close to Durbar Square. Therefore, if you are on a budget, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You can have lunch and dinner at a restaurant nearby on the left side of the hotel, making it very convenient. In the early morning, you can enjoy the sunrise and the snow-capped mountains from the rooftop terrace. I strongly recommend it.」

「Location is right next to Durbar Square. Staff and service were great.」

「Nice breakfast, wich I’m really picky about. What I highly appreciate is the staff and their commitment to give me the best service, although getting into off-season and very little guests at the hotel. They made me feel like the most important person I their life. How can you not love that?」
