「The staff are really helpful. I like them. But the room... it’s so wet and smells very bad. The AC is disturbing. Won’t come again. One more thing: there are prostitutes at night in the hotel’s yard.」

「BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...
