「Room was very clean, Staff was great. My kids had the breakfast and said it was good. Pool/Hot Tub were down due to maintenance. No biggie to us we were not planning on using. Only downside was they appeared to have a lot of leaks from the rain or something. They had a bunch of trash cans set up to catch water. Kinda out of their control. But hotel did have a smell and no way to keep floors clean the entire day due to people tracking dirt through the water. But they did try their best. Def would...

「The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM.」

「My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made: 1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross!
