「Sugarbay Barbados was an excellent all inclusive resort. As someone who travels frequently and has been to multiple all inclusive resorts, this one stands out. The service was excellent, the rooms were exceptional and the food was phenomenal. Most all inclusive resorts don’t have the best food, this resort blew us away with the food. The location was great, close to all the main attractions. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to recommend this resort and location to our friends and family.」

「The stay was ok. They just didn’t tell us about any services that the hotel offered, when we checked in. They need to work on dealing with people of color. We felt like second class guests. We were the only black people in the hotel. We booked four rooms.」

「The worst trip ever. The staff was rude and tried to stuff us in a different room than what I prepaid for. I paid for ocean front with a 26 foot pool, they tried to stick us with a garden view. Only after asking for the GM did they switch us to an ocean front room. The service was terrible. They never came to pick up our bags after 2 phone calls, I dragged them to the lobby myself. Don't waste your money on this place. Not even close to worth it.」
