「Fantastic pool! I especially like that the pool inside was quiet and not crowded. In contrast, the pool outside is lively, with loud music. So you can move between the calm pool, music pool, and the beach depending on your mood. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of Ramada's restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner offered a varied menu, and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly.」

「Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free. Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me. Such awesome service! 」

「Our stay was excellent from start to finish. we arrived very early and left very late, and we were given a complementary room upgrade (with a phenomenal view of the F1 pit lane/Victory Parade square) and use of the facilties both before and after our stay! Some standouts: the friendly welcome and help with checkin/checkout requests from Ramiz and Rauf in the lobby, Yasin in the Lounge for whom nothing was too much trouble (and even helped me learn more Azerbaijani!), Itlik from the Sky Grill...
