「The room was in no position to be let out. The tv was not working. The locker was not working. It’s a booking for 3 people and they just had 2 towels in the room. After multiple requests they bring just one towel. The lack of attention to details is appalling. This is not what is expected of the Taj. clearly people are not doing their job including the manager whose job it is to ensure everything is in order.」

「Stayed here for 2 nights with family of 8 people. Excellent location, just 5min walk to The Golden Temple (since it was so close, have to use the small auto for last leg of journey). Excellent rooms with AC and clean bathrooms. Has lift, so easier for parents. Excellent breakfast too, prepated fresh and sent to room. Also the staff here is so very helpful - that was the highlight of the property and they made our stay truly comfortable. They were always ready to give the best service and also...

「The check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The room and hotel was clean and modern with good facilities. The breakfast options were varied and suitable for all tastes. The hotel is by the main road into Amritsar. It was easy to get transport to go into town and see the sights of the Holy City.」
