Good stay. Just one night, but the service and the hospitality was amazing. Friendly staff. Food quality was excellent! The only drawback was the chanting outside on a loud sound system which was going on from 5am onwards. Hard to sleep in.

The stay was amazing and the hotel staff were just awesome and went our of their way to help us. Especially making an effort to understand our sons allergies to nuts. They made us a lovely cake for breakfast on the day of departure.

This property is only 3 months old and we had the best experience staying at Le Meridien. The breakfast was included and had endless delicious options. Both the Grand Cafe and the Asian Restaurant had great food choices. The staff throughout the entire hotel were professional and helpful. The artistic design in the lobby and restaurants was thoughtfully done and interesting. We will definitely stay at Le Meridien again.

Lovely newish hotel with a great breakfast. It is in a very isolated place which is a problem. Two other problems: 1. Each room does not have it's own temperature control, so if you arrive during an unusually warm winter (ad I did) you're stuck in a very hot room with no way of turning on the ac. 2. The hotel doesn't have an ATM and the nearest one is 4 km away. Kind of crazy.

The rooms are very nice and the property is pretty. I was told it is a new property. I Probably would not stay here again as they missed the mark in other ways. While ordering food it took time which was expected to some degree but several times the order was either incomplete though I was charged for the full amount or the order was incorrect. They called me after I was already at the airport to insist for payment on something that was not part of the receipt THEY provided. Please understand I spent 109000 Rupees over my 6 night stay there and to insist on charging me for a few laundered items that THEY mistakenly didn’t charge me at the time of service or checkout is just awful customer service. I had to tell them to charge me for the transportation to the airport as well otherwise they would’ve kissed that too. It wasn’t as quiet as I wanted it to be with some party happening at least one of the nights. I asked for a swim suit at the counter on the ground floor and it took 5 people to help me. It seemed as though most (not all) of the people who helped me were brand new and needed training. Not a smooth operation, but a nice and clean property. I would doubtfully stay there again, if not for only the fact that they chased me down to pay a pittance on the laundry bill. I wouldn’t call it 5-star, more like 3 or 4- star.

Based on my experience in April 2024, the hotel merits 3.5 stars but it has the potential to be a 4 stars place. A new hotel, in a complex of hotels near the airport, it has large bright rooms and a nice bathroom. It is very clean and has the usual amenities: pool, spa, etc. It is about 13 km from city center in a quiet quasi-rural setting, which what I wanted. An oasis of peace to return to. The demerits come mainly from poorly trained staff and avoidable issues Before continuing, there were four exceptional staff members who deserve special mention: Waiters Atul and Soubhik and reception staff Shuja and her supervisor. Turning to issues: (1) mosquitos in the room on 6th floor with no open windows. why haven’t they been gotten rid off. (2) many mosquitos in restaurant — again surely the area can be prepared ahead of time; door kept closed; etc. you don’t need guests to complain first. (3) waiters should suggest and defer to guests. Don’t presume to know what I like. definitely do not bring me something other than what I ask for because you don’t think I will like what I asked for. Really? (4) when one guest orders soup only and another a main course, don’t bring the soup out first. Ask if we want everything together. Obviously we want to eat together. (4) if your internet is down, do not ask to see my phone and proceed to try to change setting. you are not a certified expert. don’t play with my phone. Check your internet. Talk to your IT.
