"Good clean hotel just on the outskirts. Great for an overnight stop over. Receptionist on duty when we checked in at 3pm on Wednesday 27 May was so friendly and good. Tram to centre in 25 mins and supermarket on the doorstep. Only downside was freight trains running all night right outside and it was 30° so window had to be open. Parking in car park is good and safe and breakfast is basic continental but good . Also free coffee so able to fill up flasks in the morning for the car."
"The hotel has some nice charm. The large room was great and the TV had many channels in English. The breakfast was very good with excellent croissants in particular. The front staff were very helpful. I enjoyed my stay although I would have preferred to have a room away from the train lines as it could be loud when the window was open. Nice hotel."
"Beautiful hotel at amazing location with a very good breakfast buffet and restaurant. But the rooms towards the market place are very noisy. With or without open windows you are definitely going to wake up very early as every tourist walking by with their rolling suitcase on cobblestones makes a huge noise. Churchbells start ringing around 7 am……I would stay here again but not on this side of the hotel."
"The WiFi was absolutely pathetic.
No smart TV
Not even YouTube on TV.
Cannot even watch stuff on iPad because WiFi so terrible.
The hotel was nice.
The shower flooded bathroom.
Other than that good.
Good location.
U BAhn outside hotel.
Quiet.
Gym brilliant.
Didn't do sauna.
Pillows awful sleeping on my arm.
Very good hotel apart from my disses and complaining

"Absolutely fantastic breakfast with perfect service and exceptional options. We will be back for sure.
We stayed in a family room. It was spacious with a foyer that had a door so that I could pack and organize while everyone was asleep. The pull out couch was not optimally comfortable but it was good enough for the kids.
Breakfast was phenomenal. From make your own waffle (use the timer!), to fresh ginger for your tea, to smoked salmon and many cheeses, meats, yogurts and treats there was something for everyone. The staff were great. It’s hard to list off the many great treats, including vegan options and poultry meats.
The kettle, tea and Nespresso pods and coffee machine in the room were wonderful and very appreciated.
Expedia showed the hotel as having parking available. We arrived to be told that there was limited parking and that a parking elevator could not accommodate most SUVs. Our rental car did not fit and there was no way to reserve one of the very few ground floor spaces. Some advance warning would have been helpful as we could have rented a different car. The staff did not mention the abundant street parking that is available around the hotel but my cousin pointed out that on nearby streets between 8pm and 9am we could park for free. "
