"This property is older but impeccably maintained. Staff is super friendly - especially Savanah, who greeted us with a smile and was helpful and kind in everyway. We had booked another 'resort' for the week only to cancel after one night. We were able to book a room at Tapatio Cliffs for the remainder of our trip and Savanah put us in the perfect room after hearing our stories of woe from the other property we had left. We encountered staff all over the resort and all were beyond friendly and kind. Thank you Tapatio Cliffs for saving our girls' trip! Best part is we stayed within the budget we had set for our lodging. "

"10 out of 10 would recommend! Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! This was after they had already gave us $200 resort credit! Best vacation we've ever experienced, EVER!!! We'll definitely be back... "

"Our family of 4 stayed at the Grand Hyatt over the July 4th weekend. The renovations are complete and the property is beautiful! We loved the daily activities for families at the pool, the live music each night at the lobby bar, and the entire property in general. Would highly recommend! We will be back for sure!"

"A wonderful property for a stay-cation! Never have to leave the property (unless you choose to). Family and adult only pools. Staff is very accommodating! Spa is also worthy!"
