The staff were so wonderful - always kind, attentive, smiling and there to help. The breakfast was superb too! The room could use a bit of updating, but it was incredibly clean and comfortable still, so would happily stay again.

Our new Euro 2-pin plugs only worked in 1 of the many electrical sockets which was a nuisance. The hotel sockets weren't the newest. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good varied breakfast. Short walk to the centre of Desenzano for the cafes, restaraunts and ferry to Sirmione.

Smaller hotel but really nice! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Nice beds, good ac and a really clean room. They also had a good breakfast. And a bar. Food was easy to find, really close. A pearl in Desenzano.

Hotel Aurora is ideally situated on the Desenzano lakeside. The centre and harbour is a 5 minute walk in one direction and a beach area is 5 minutes in the other direction. The hotel has parking which is in short supply in this area. The hotel is clean, the room and bathroom were well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately due to trees that line the promenade, we could only see the lake through the trees. Breakfast was simple but very tasty. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Desenzano.

Besonders positiv sind uns folgende Punkte aufgefallen: Sauberes Zimmer: Die Unterkunft war makellos rein und sehr gepflegt. Guter Ausblick: Das Fenster bot eine wunderschöne und beeindruckende Aussicht. Gutes Frühstück: Das morgendliche Buffet war vielseitig, frisch und lecker. Gut erreichbar: Die Lage ist optimal und die Anreise verlief völlig unkompliziert. Sehr guter Service: Das gesamte Personal war extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hôtel propre et très bien situé en face du Lac de Garde. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Boissons chaudes, fraîches, eau, plats salés, plats sucrés, fruits, fromages, œufs brouillés, gâteaux, etc… Terrasse offrant une vue splendide sur le lac au dernier étage. Dommage qu’on ne puisse y prendre un verre ou une collation. Chambre climatisée appréciable en ce temps de canicule. Proche plage et centre animé à quelques minutes à pied. Este hotel foi, sem dúvida, o ponto alto de toda a nossa viagem. A localização é excelente, às margens do lago, e ficamos em um quarto com sacada e vista para a água, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento da recepcionista Isabela, que foi extremamente atenciosa desde a nossa chegada. Ela nos indicou restaurantes, passeios e atrações da região, e todas as recomendações foram excelentes, contribuindo muito para aproveitarmos a estadia. O quarto era limpo, espaçoso, confortável e muito bem cuidado. O café da manhã também foi um dos melhores da viagem, com ótima variedade e qualidade. Escolher ficar em Desenzano no meio do roteiro foi uma decisão acertada. Depois de vários dias de deslocamentos e passeios intensos, foi um momento de descanso, permitindo que aproveitássemos a cidade com mais calma e apreciássemos a beleza do Lago de Garda. O hotel fica um pouco distante da estação de trem, mas é possível fazer o trajeto a pé, já que o caminho da estação até o hotel é praticamente todo em descida. Na volta, optamos por pegar um táxi até a estação, que custou cerca de 20 euros. Eu certamente voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.
