Our room was clean, hotel was quiet, staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. The diner on site had great service & the food was delicious! We did have to switch rooms on our last night due to a major leak in the ceiling, but were reimbursed for our trouble. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a hot tub room and it was by far the best hot tub/whirlpool private room I have ever stayed in. The heart shaped tub was huge and the Jets had a lot of pressure. Only downfall was it took forever to fill up and it blew cold air from the Jets, which cooled the hot tub faster, but we will definitely stay in again. They need to also vent the whirlpool rooms because there is mold growing above it on the ceiling and all the floors get slick in the room from the condensation. The free breakfast at the restaurant was awesome and the service was great. All employees were very kind. Beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it.

Alarms very shrill kept going off for two days, The halls smelled musty. It was noisy even though there were very few people there. THe towels were so thin they really did not dry you off. THe breakfast voucher was nice.

5 stars to the room. We stayed in the room with 3 queen beds. Loved that they didn’t have carpet flooring. Very nicely remodeled. 1 star to the hot water situation. We didn’t get to swim in the pool since it didn’t open until 10am which was a big bummer for my kids. It looked nice. The workout room was good with decent cardio equipment but one of the treadmills did not work and it took me rebooting the other one to make that one work. They are doing well with the updates so hopefully they continue to update! Loved that it was connected to the Ankeny Diner and that we got $5 off per person to eat there. Staff was very responsive whenever we had an issue.

Room was clean. Manager that checked us in was very friendly. The hotel smelled musty upon entering the building and in all the halls and common areas. I did not realize that the pool area was open to the common areas resulting in the musty smell. Was looking for a room that had 3 beds for 3 adults. Attending Iowa state football game and needed a reasonably priced room. I do not think that I would choose this hotel again

This motel was the cleanest motel I have stayed in recent months. The lawns were clean even though they had some restorations going on. It was quiet both inside and outside despite being close to the Interstate and busy street. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
