「Check in staff was ok. The room smelled of urine and mildew. I would have left but we were beyond too tired to drive …I sanitized the place when we walked in. The door did not seal. Terrified bugs crawled in. Left by 5 am… did not sleep.」

「We didn't even stay. The room was nasty. The front desk offered to clean it but then decided to give us another room. Looked at that room and it was smelling of mold and mildew. Went back down to the front desk and asked them to cancel. They did cancel but I wouldn't recommend it. Especially if your coming into town from out of state.」

I accidentally spilled some water from my water bottle and grabbed a towel to wipe it up. The towel got filty and I only used it on a small area. My grandson walked in his wife socks and they were filthy on the bottom and I told him to take the socks off before he got on the bed that was made up with white sheets, blanket and...

「The property stated they were undergoing renovations. There was a worn out tarp over a portion of the building. Yellow warning tape around the pool area and the doorway to pool area. Staff stated that some of the Reno stuff fell into the pool, so they closed it. The water has a brown tint to it. This was only disclosed AFTER reservation was completed. The toilet seat was coming off in room 115! I tightened it so my 7yo grandson wouldn’t fall off the toilet! There was no toilet paper roll...
