「Adorable little studio in a great neighborhood . Costumer service was great as well . I just wish if a fee for damage is going to be charged that it would be just added into the total at the time of booking I hate pop up additional charges when you are trying to plan a short getaway but otherwise now that I know I would book again with them .」

「We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but...

「It's a great space at a great location at an amazing price. I did not like the very involved check in process (i had a dozen messages), continuous upselling and the surprise $300 security deposit or $50 insurance coverage. Take all that way and i would rave about the place and the deal.」
