It was ok. I have seen worse hotels. The man that checked me in was nice and patient. It was an inconvenience to have them switched out all the beds from trashed to brand new. I mean it's good it was done and nice having new beds to sleep on in the middle of our visit, but see the dirty old ones in the parking lot for 4days made the property look trashy, and boy where the nasty, you never know what you are sleeping on, well we found out. Laundry room smelt like death and urine, along with I think dark soda drops from vending machine, but my daughter swears its blood. They came in to clean our room, but did not take our dirty towels and give new ones. Environment was not loud at night.

This hotel turned me away after I had booked online with no ounce of empathy or regard for my humanity and sent me to wander the streets of Denver at night alone while my phone was dead

Honestly, this place felt more like transient housing than a hotel. Sketchy people hanging around the property at all hours. We forgot to bring shampoo and conditioner and there was absolutely none of those things provided in the room. Zero extras of any kind. Not even soap. (And look, we don’t bring soap with us because of the bare minimum expectation that there will be some kind of soap in our room.) When we went to the front desk to ask, they said they had nothing like that in spite of the sign in our bathroom stating they indeed had those things, so we had to run to Target. We also asked if they had sugar and were handed a ziplock bag of some that seemed infested with ants. The dumpsters were all filled with dirty stained mattresses because they had just replaced many of their old mattresses with new ones. I mean, I’d rather them in the dumpster than in my room but still…yikes. Ultimately this place is a cheaper option in the area for a reason but still far more than it should be. Even with good parking and convenient location, I wouldn’t recommend it. We’ll gladly spend more somewhere else next time.
