Dont judge it by the looks! Staff was super nice, rooms were much better then expected, all things considered we were impressed! Even my super judgy teen was surprised how decent the place was!

Inexpensive no frills but quiet

Fromt desk was empty both times i came in…check in they eventually showed. Room was roomy and place was empty, so cool first floor big room. Old and needs updates, but it was inexpensive and just what i needed.

Good room for the price. It wasn’t a far drive from a lot of things but walking would be tough. A lot of additional rules and fees you could incur while there.

Some pros and some cons

You get what you pay for here. It’s not the best but it wasn’t the worst either. It’s old & worn, but rooms aren’t that bad. Surprisingly the room had lots of amenities. Microwave, fridge, flat screen, and even a stovetop! Bed cover had some holes but the sheets were really clean.

I liked location near gas stores & restaurants from high way exit Denton, TX The room was spacious with tables & chairs. However, roaches bad & didn't get under the covers fearing Bed Bugsor worse. Quiet, no disturbance of privacy & rest. Continental breakfast before 11am check out. Better than some motels that are dirtier, roach motel for $80 Single One night farther away part of town. I was not driving, resting & relaxing out the Summer heat drinking & eating in privacy & more comfort sleep than in the vehicle for the travelling of business & leisure on tight schedule home. It was alright for the price through Expedia app prepaid reservation.

Really nice pool. That closes at 8 PM. I. At least was able to stay until almost 9 because I. Checked in after eight. Front desk person, knew of no place that delivered to that hotel. Remote doesn't have a guide button on it, so you have to scroll through a hundred channels to try to see what's available until you find the guide and the front desk person has no clue what channel the guide is on. Just simple little things like that would make your stay a lot easier
