The beach was lovely and the fire pit area was a great place to meet and chat with the other guests. Our room was dark and sparsely furnished. There was a spiral staircase that was perfectly positioned for hitting your head on. The bathroom floor tiles were loose and cracked and there was mold in the tub area.

The best places I have ever stayed in cape cod and I have gone many many times and have stayed at many locations. The staff were so friendly, helpful at all times. It was super clean, anytime we needed any help with anything they were always so helpful!! I would rate them 11 out of 10 they were amazing!!

Misleading!!! Fought for partial refund.

I would not book at this resort again because I feel that their website as well as hotel.com pictures and description of this resort do not at all match the room where we stayed. The private beach, outdoor pool, hot tub, and grill areas were very nice. We did not use the indoor pool because we had great weather. It was nice to have free washers/dryers available. We really liked Dennosport. But beware - this resort has rooms that do not reflect what they show on their own website and also which don’t match what hotels.com has on their booking site. I had to really fight to get a $300 refund. I really feel that we deserve more but got tired of long phone calls. We never would have spent the money knowing what the unit would actually look like. I think the issue is that these are mostly timeshares so it seems that each unit is different. The kitchen in ours was dated as was the furniture. There was what looked like a kitchen island in the bedroom with a sink. Really weird. I tried to complain about our room at the front desk, but was told that they couldn’t help us because we booked through hotels.com. They said that they were not responsible for the pictures posted through the booking site. My beef is that the resort’s actual website is just as misleading. From the outside, it looks like the rooms in the front building right on the ocean are a lot newer or possibly remodeled. Rooms in the back building are lesser. See my pics and compare to pics on the site.
Small round table I guess is what they count as a table to eat at!
Window unit for AC - worked but so unsightly and taped in. Not what you would expect at a high end resort and not what is pictured on the sites.
Two levels? No pictures on their website match this description. Also when pull out couch is open it’s difficult to walk to the door.
No balcony and not even a chair? Not one picture on the resorts website nor hotels.com shows anything like this.

Great spot!

Great spot!! Room was very clean and great size, we had a two bedroom suite. All the pools were heated and they had chairs available for you on the beach.
