The Host is very friendly and onest. He is ready to help you at anytime. The sheets and towels were awesome. The house is connected to thermal water and you can enjoy your private bath.

Surprisingly got an upgrade for our room, which was really nice. The owner is very thoughtful and care for his guests. In our room there was a private kitchen and a living room besides a bedroom and shower room. There is nice terrace which we can just relax and spend time. The room was very clean.

It was ok stay, bed was clean view from balcony was great but owner need to have more tidy place, 2 old mattress standing right outside of my entrance door, bathroom plumbing fixture loose and water dripping, internet was cut off early in the evening, i stayed 2 nights, 2nd night internet is not working at all, felt service was bad

The manager was very helpful and obliging. We really loved the outlook from the balcony looking at the bazaar below and the rural landscape beyond. A very good place to stay at an economical price.

Nice Stay and beautiful city

I wanna thank Mr.Umit alot for his kindness with us , we arrived The hotel 3am and he give us the room and ignore check in time 12pm and also give us bigger room untill our room be ready next day , we was 3 girls friends we feel like we are in our home and safe , Thanks Again ☺️ About the hotel it’s very near to all services and food and by shuttle bus for 10 mins you can reach the Thermal water pools .

İşletme Rez yapmamıza rağmen gece hastanedeki bebeğimizi bırakıp. Otele gidip check in yapmamız gerekmekte olmamız gerekmiş çünkü check in saati 12 de kapanıyormuş. Görüştüğümüz halde gece yarısı geleceğiz hastaneden çıkamıyoruz dememize rağmen illa check in saatini geçemezsiniz diyip arabada uyumak zorunda kaldık.

Otel sitenizde bahsedildiği gibi Pamukkale ye yakın değil. En az 3 km. Gösterilen resimler Ümit 1 ve Ümit 2 nin karışık resimleri. Hizmet fena olmasa da, çevredeki her şey gibi bina ve eşyalar çok eski olduğundan yapılanların görünmesi mümkün değil. Fakat çevreye göre fiyatı uygun.

Ben yorumlara bakarak gittim ama rezalet Olumsuz: Lavabo tıkalı Musluk bozuk ve kapanmıyor Kanatlı karınca ve böcekler eko-sistem yaratmış Mutfak penceresi kapanmıyor. 3 arabadan fazla park yok. Çöpler ve eski mutfak eşyaları kapımızın önündeydi Battaniyeler eski ve yırtık, havlular ise nem kokuyordu. Buzdolabı eski ve pis Pansiyon girişi çok kötü. Diğer girişinde inşaat çöpleri nedeniyle geçemedik Sandalyeler kırık Çekyatların süngeri çökmüş Banyo ve tuvalet inanılmaz pis. Taharet musluğunu kullanmadım bozuktu. Olumlu: Balkon manzarası iyi Lokasyon iyi Geniş Otel sahibinin tavrı iyi Kedisi güzel

Güzel ve temiz bir apart.

1 günlük seyahat için kullandık . Tam fiyat performans apartı. Termal su oldukça iyi. Pamukkale Travertenlerine 7 km mesafede. Yemek konusunda 100 metre mesafede bolca restoran mevcut ve fiyatları uygun. Bu arada uygun fiyata çok yüksek bir beklenti olmasın.

Odaların temizliği evinizin temizliğini aratmayacak şekildedir. İşletme sahibi Ümit Bey’in, işletme sahibi gibi değil sanki aileden biri gibi yaklaşımı, misafirperverliği ve cana yakınlığı fevkalade memnun bir şekilde konaklamamıza vesile oldu. Kendilerine misafirperverlikleri için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz.

Familie mit 2 Kindern: Uns hat Hr. Ümit empfangen, aber wie. Hr. Ümit war enorm freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompentent und jederzeit ansprechbar und verfügbar. So einen Inhaber habe ich bis dato nicht erlebt !! Sind jedes Jahr im Ausland auf Urbaub jedoch war diese Einrichtung wegen Hr.Ümit das Beste. Er half uns in allen Belangen hinzu wie wir Vorgehen sollen und damit wie wir unser Geld nicht aus dem Fenster hinaus schmeißen sollen. Die Umgebung ist sowas von natürlich, also natur pur. Wir haben es so richtig genossen indem wir den Urlaub sogar verlängerten. Für uns jederzeit gerne. Sind selbst aus Österreich-Wien. Einen Haken gibts schon: Man darf die Latte nicht zu hoch stellen bezüglich einrichtung aber für diesen Preis und die enorme freundlichkeit von Hr.Ümit war für uns alles Wett da wir stets unterwegs waren. Hinzu kommt das die Einheimischen auch enorm freundlich waren, nicht sowie bsp. Antalya, Alanya und so. Danke danke an Hr.Ümit

Tek gecelik konaklama için seçtiğimiz bir oteldi. Daha oteli ayarlar ayarlamaz rahat ulaşım için konum gönderildi. Otele geldiğimizde Ümit bey bizi gayet güzel karşıladı. Otelin o gün müsait olması dolasıyla bizi daha rahat daha güzel bir odaya yerleştirmesi ile bize göstermiş olduğu hizmet, ilgi alaka ile bizden tam puan aldı. Bu zamanda bu fiyatta nadir bulunacak bir işletme. İşletmenin etrafı gezmeye, vakit geçirmeye uygun. Otelde termal su ile günün yorgunluğunu üzerinizden atabilirsiniz.

Aile olarak kaldığımız sürece içimiz rahattı. Temizlik konusunda oldukça başarılar. Pansiyon yöneticisi ve eşine konukseverliğinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Saygın temiz güvenilir bir işletme. Hemen hemen Denizlide ve pamukkale de bir çok yerini ziyaret etme fırsatını bulduk. Çarşısı çok güzel. Herşey var. Mutlaka dosta tavsiye edilir bir mekan.
