「Sehr schönes Frühstück, tolle Zimmer」

「Good price quality, nice rooms. Overall happy!」

「Good overnight sleep hotel, but the food can be treated better. I got raw chicken schnitzel twice :(」

「When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it....

「If the guess staying more than a day it's only fair to have clean towels for next day. We had to use the previous ones.」
