The property was well maintained, staff was helpful. Great location with shuttle bus to park entrance and its very close to the park. Property had several convenient restaurants and gift shops.

The Princess Wilderness Lodge is centrally located near Denali National Park and Denali Village. Everything you could possibly need is either on property or within walking distance. There are very helpful shuttle services to and from the park and the train station. And excursion companies provide shuttle services that stop at this resort as well.

I was a bit skeptical due to reviews but our stay was more than great!! We stayed in a room with 2 beds, the room was well maintained and clean. The location is 10/10, super close the park and shuttle stops. There are onsite restaurants, gift shops, and coffee & downtown is directly across the street. I didn’t realize this lodge was mainly geared for princess cruise guests, but we still enjoyed it very much. Definitely recommend.

Amazing stay at the Princess Lodge. The room was super clean, and the staff on-site were very helpful. We would have loved it if the restaurants were open until a bit more late (like 11 or midnight) or if there was a deli/vending machine for readymade food pickup.

We came at the end of the season and a lot of things were already shut down or shutting down during our stay. It would have been nice to know this in advance. Also they let staff go early for the end of season so our room did not get made the last two nights. Even though the hotel was still at 98% capacity. Again, would have been nice to know this in advance.

We had a fabulous view and the room was well appointed. If anything to mention, a mini-fridge would have been a nice convenience. The food outlets we tried were very good and the location was extremely convenient. Our Denali tour bus picked us up right at the lodge.

Owners attention to details is phenomenal. Small things like a care package in the bathroom, bath robes, conveniences in the kitchen, pepper spray cans…you name it, so the cottage was well stocked and equipped. Owner was very responsive and helpful throughout.

The sheets had not been changed from the previous guest and the bed just made up and one of the pillows had what appeared to be horrible urine or something all on it that was covered by the zipper cover but showed up on that and the a pillow case on top of that! The sick area was not even wiped down from the previous guest! At 694.00 for 2 nights I expected Way BETTER! No offer of any price adjustment other than 2 25.00 gift certificates for food.

At the Princess Lodge near Denali, we enjoyed a beautiful place, amazing view from our room of the river, trees and mountains, The staff was great and transportation easy, even though we had not rented a car. Food available at 3-4 different restaurants on site, not so much in your individual buildings (could add better snack or meal replacement for on the go). Shuttle around the large property easily, never much of a wait, no complaints and if you did need something, just text and it was handled right away,
