We reserved 2 rooms as a family, would've been nice if the staff were more accommodating to have us in the same building rather than get lost everytime we unite, not very accommodating, front desk held us after 4pm till we checked in although rooms were available earlier, very slow new employee checked us in, not appreciated when people travel long distance and need rooms sooner, if other hotels can do it, you can do it also and be better at what you serve. Nice location to view mount denali peak

Door key did not work on 2nd day. No fridge. Front desk said no WiFi in room. Did not re-fill the body wash liquid on 2nd day. Had to call them to fix the door keys and get a hand soap

A gorgeous lodge and lodging. The grounds are pristine, with several nice choices of restaurants, as well as amazing views from various sitting locations. Comfortable rooms of all sizes, all equipped with black-out curtains…a must for those endless summer nights! Friendly staff at every stop. Thumbs up!

This is one of the best Lodge we stayed in Alaska. Nice Alaskan mountain range view including partial mount Denali view from the common deck. Well organized, cleaned, and nicely maintained landscape. Thank YOU!

When we got there they put us in a room far away from the lodge. We had to carry out suit case up stairs to get to our room. They did not have an elevator. Our room smelt horrible. They had a deodorizing machine in our room when we got there with the window open. We had to wait for staff to come and check it out. They agreed it no one should stay in that room. They upgraded us to a new room that was actually really nice. If you are not part of their cruise they will put you in the crap rooms. The facility was very nice. I would suggest do not rent here if you are not part of the cruise because the rooms are not worth it.

The common area - the big main lodge with the big fireplace, the big deck looking out to the mountains, all the restaurants and bar and the fire pit area with bar and s'mores offerings, were very nice and impressive. However, our actual room was not the cleanest and definitely dated.

Beautiful scenery! Beautiful main lodge. We stayed two separate nights- first night in a newer building, which was nice, second night in an older building which could use some updating. No fridge or microwave in rooms.

When we first booked, did not realize it was tied to cruise line and their ‘land tours’. Rooms were nice. Only drawback is that you can’t park close to room and no fridges. Resort seemed to have lots of walking paths and had outside games and fire pit/smores. Area did have a lot of mosquitoes when we were there Would have had great view of Denali, but cloudy.
