"I’m not OK having a bullet hole through my window and curtain."

"Elevator went down on Friday afternoon, was not repaired by Sunday when we checked out, no offers to help carry luggage etc down the stairs. Hot tub was also down the entire weekend. Floors in the room were so dirty that bottom of feet were black and we wore socks the rest of the stay while in the room, not sure if black will wash out or if socks will be thrown away."

"The private beach was awesome and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. The room was nice and having a balcony was a plus. Be sure to schedule a day for your room to be cleaned when you check in because room maintenance does not automatically happen daily. I would definitely stay here again because it is better than paying for an overpriced and old/overated hotel on PCB. We had a car and the drive to PCB was only 15-20min and parking was pretty cheap approx $6 for 4hrs. "

"Property was fine and conviently located for our purposes. Room was a little run-down, noisy a/c unit was poorly maintained. There was a kids basketball team running up and down the hall and banging on doors at about 1:30-2:00 o'clock in the morning. "

"Under construction with materials and trash everywhere especially in lobby and hallways. Front desk clerk was BEYOND rude. Didn’t acknowledge us. Never looked up from computer. Refused to let us check in due to room not being ready. Refused to let us move to another room. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing athletic clothes and very short hair (Mens cut). No breakfast or even coffee. Halls smell of mold and weed. The only good thing about this stay was that it’s final over! "
