Very good budget hotel in the heart of Delhi city

Had an excellent stay specially GM Mr. Shiv Kumar very courageous and hospitable. I had a little problem in my room and he changed the room also.

Basic but clean, good location

This hotel was clean and in a good location but it was very basic. It is handy for Old Delhi railway station so a better option to wait for a train than the waiting room.

Orbitz/Expedia prepaid hotel with full amount. Then at check out hotel management showed me a receipt from Expedia showing only reservation was made therefore requesting my full payment which I did given the receipt with Expedia’s reservation number showing 0 money received. When orbits called the hotel they stated I never paid anything. Now I am calling banks and credit cards to sort this out. TOTAL NIGTHMARE! They were paid twice for the same reservation. In my country that is called stealing money!

Good location but the hotel looks much better in pictures. Bathroom is a little rundown and it could be cleaner. Bed was pretty comfortable, but the train nearby made it very difficult to fall and continue asleep. I guess it’s a good value if you are on a strict budget.
