WiFi wasn't operational for several hours after we arrived. State of the room was an issue - door in bathroom couldn't close and was stained. Poor paint job on the walls.
Bed was very comfortable.
This hotel is really bad. First we got an extremely dirty room, everything was covered in a layer of old dust, gray towels, it was really unacceptable. We complained and got a different room which was somewhat cleaner, but much smaller and not what we paid for. The entrance is hard to find, small door where you immediately need to climb a steep flight of stairs. The corridor to our room was unfinished and dingy. The breakfast was meager - good coffee though. We checked out one night early and did not get any money back. We absolutely overpaid - 100 euros per night! The staff said there was nothing they could do because we booked over hotels.com (we tried to contact them but no response). Overall we felt cheated. We thought it would be a good place to stay because of the pictures and the location but it was really impossible to stay there. We feel cheated.
Absolutely filthy. Had to leave for our own health. Pictures on website very deceiving as hotel very dirty and dusty. No toilet roll in bathroom. Towels were very and torn. We were overcharged at the bar and the restaurant food was appalling. No effort out in by hotel management. We had to go to the loss of the 2 night stay as we left and went to Radisson Blu. Would need a refund as we were completely ripped off
My toilet flush was not working. Despite asking them repeatedly, neither it was fixed nor I was given an option to change the room. When I mentioned to the front desk, the lady seemed to not care about the problem. They just gave me a discount of Rs 500, where I had to pay Rs 17000 for 2 days to live with inconvenience.
Location was OK. there was really nothing else to like about this property. Breakfast was poor, bedding dirty. No windows in the room. Bathroom flooded when had shower.
I didn’t find anything good except the location. I had booked this hotel by seeing other reviews. But I doubt if all these reviews are genuine. The hotel is on the 1st floor and I got the room in the 3rd floor - there is no lifts. My room was so small (it was a deluxe room) with a queen size bed (I believe it was a queen not full size) and all the appliances were so old. Bathroom was in a bad condition with damaged water basin.i don’t want to book again.

Very basic hotel at inner circle of CP
Hotel is situated at main CP market , that is the only good thing about hotel .Rooms are very basic and small in size , hotel condition is not up to the mark , bathroom is again not kept in well conditions. One can opt for this hotel for the location as everything is near by from here.
Horrible experience!!!
A bunch of cheats sitting there.
Except for an address in Connaught Place, this hotel is not even worth mentioning on your website.
Horrible entrance and ambience, no elevator, non-existent facilities and ill-behaved staff who's ready to cheat you at every step.
If you're going there for peace of mind and enjoyment purpose, I am sure these bunch of crooks will spoil your mood. Please beware.

City centre property
The hotel is located in the inner circle of Cp. Location is excellent with lots of shopping area , restaurants and cafes. Now this is the main plus point of this hotel. Rooms and washroom needs to be upgraded and are not up to date. Breakfast spread is also very limited.
Friendly staff at the reception area. A safe and comfortable place to stay.

Location is great. But hotel is crappy and old with inefficient service and not worthy of the price. Aircon is noisy. More noise comes the street where dogs kept barking the entire night. Some cards are not accepted, which was not mentioned before.
filthy lobby, dusty rooms, washroom in very bad shape, flush did not work properly, shower curtain was extremely repulsive, stained, dirty towels .. poor room service. inedible breakfast
We arrived exhausted and we're shown to a tiny, dirty room with a bathroom in disrepair, a noisy A.C. and a foul smell. The pictures are inaccurate and we left early. Some of the staff was friendly, but the manager picked a fight when I explained we were uncomfortable and wanted to leave. There is a HUGE loud metal detector that goes off constantly, the internet consistently failed and I saw mice while making a call in the hallway. Lastly, there were several men standing around that wern't working but seemed to engage with staff and just observe the guests. This hotel is not safe.

Great location
Good location in Delhi. Close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms are not very clean but nothing too bad. Mainly very dusty. The staff overall is great, just one person (sort of concierge) that tries to sell you everything. A little bit uncomfortable.
Reviews seemed good so I booked this hotel because my other choices were overbooked. Well, my bad. I didn't expect anything special but I had to carry my bags up some steep steps to reach hotel. Then "lobby" was crowded with a group checking in and negotiating price. They received two rooms for price I paid for one :( the guy checking me in was speaking Hindi but I clearly heard him tell the bellboy to take me to a "better" room to charge me more. I told the gentleman I had prepaid and clearly already overpaid so I would NOT be paying more. He shrugged and got my room key. I was put in small room right near stairs so I heard everything happening down in the lobby. The room was super dusty but otherwise ok. But bathroom was so tiny I could hardly move. I did get hot water in the morning but no soap provided. Then guy at front desk called to find out when I would be leaving even though check out was noon and I had more than an hour to leave... Oh, and if you do stay (please don't) don't use the tea pot! Disgusting!!! I paid more to stay here because of location and good reviews. Glad I only booked one night! So many better places for the price! Ick
