The staff is very attentive. Front desk very efficient. There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently. The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas. I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price. The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean. The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother us even though our room was facing the swimming pool/party area. I specially want to thank Shyam D. Bell captain and Shivam Bell boy for all the assistance they provided. Also want to thank the night manager who personally came and fixed our remote control and made us laugh with his witty conversation. We had a pleasant stay.

Do not believe the fake reviews (quickly check how many people who gave 5 stars, only posted a review at this hotel!!)!! Please don’t make the same mistake! The rooms are dirty, pool is dirty, staff unfriendly and the hotel has 0 charm!
