Despite several calls, no one picked the phone to send transportation to the airport. Elderly parents ended up spending night at the airport. In 2024, service was much better. 2026 experience was terrrible.

The hotel was not operating/available at the listed address. I incurred additional expenses to find another hotel, when called a number listed they advised to work with Expedia India site for refunds, even expedia usa site advised us to contact india expedia via international calls to get refund. We are still working through the process. 1-Wastage of time and money 2-Unsafe conditions in middle of the night with family and in between a domestic and international flights 3-Never thought Expedia would sale hotel rooms with non existing hotel at some junk address with help phone neither from hotel and Expedia with online non-refundable payment, Very scary. Run away from here. I have traveled internationally and had never faced this kind of issue on any website or hotel. Expensive and painful learning,

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great

It was a great price for what we were looking for. We booked it because it was close to the airport and it came with a free shuttle. We checked in late in the evening and checked out very early in the morning. The food from the restaurant was excellent and convenient.

Only used for one night on the way to the airport. Hotel was clean and had working WiFi. Airport drop off was good and a nice touch being free. Not many facilities in the hotel, room a bit worn and fairly noisy area but good value for money
