We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a special thanks to Shehnshaa Aalam for the excellent treatment and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he ensured everything was comfortable and well taken care of. His professionalism, polite behavior, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.

This was a real mixed bag. We chose it because it was near the airport and reasonably priced. We arrived at the property at around 2:30 a.m. and the rooms were not ready. Wi-fi service was available about 50% of our stay. Staff for the most part was friendly and helpful, especially with transportation issues. Located on a narrow street with a good deal of traffic. Noise throughout the night, especially if on the street side.

l'hôtel a refusé de nous loger, prétextant une explosion dans la rue. Puis ils n'ont plus jamais répondu. Nous avons du repayer un hotel nous-mêmes. J'ai fait une réclamation auprès de Hotels.com, mais apparemment ils n'arrivent pas non plus à joindre l'hôtel. J'attends un remboursement depuis quelques jours

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport mais difficile à trouver même par notre taxi. La navette vers l’aéroport est gratuite. Le personnel est serviable mais peu réactif aux messages textes. Hôtel vétuste et propreté très moyenne.
