The hotel staff are wonderful. The breakfast was amazing with wait staff and chefs very attentive. We got put in the last available non smoking room…it was a disabled room so not really suitable for us. We got moved out later the next day. We used the spa. A haircut for my husband and body scrub for me. Price was fantastic and staff pleasant and professional. The hotel doesn’t have much around it so meals need to be eaten at the hotel (about AUD$50 for an extensive buffet dinner. Overall this was a good stay as we were leaving on a tour from here.

Had a small issue but Pratham (receptionist) handled it in a high professional manner and high dedication. As I travel a lot, it is very rare to see such great support). I recommend this hotel because of him and you will be lucky if your request is handled by Pratham. Thanks

Staff is polite and courteous. Rooms are clean. breakfast is also good.Dinner food not upto the mark and expensive. since this hotel is in industrial area no option but to eat here only Rest all is fine.

Room #8011 - every night there were sounds as it very close to the employee's entrance and elevators. I should have moved to another room, my bad. Even waited to fill this review to hear from them what was the problem - and they didn't reply. Great breakfast and dinner.

The Epitome of a 5 Star Hotel Experience

I was blown away by the hospitality of this hotel. Every single member of staff was kind and welcoming, the room service team going out of their way to gift me some sweets for staying with them. The room itself is extremely comfortable and the facilities at the hotel are fantastic. Nikhil ensured that I was enjoying my breakfast every morning, going out of his way to make me eggs on toast one morning. I will definitely be returning, as this experience made me a loyal customer!

Great service. Rooms are spacious, hotel lobby well maintained and clean. Hotel restaurant was nice and Had a nice selection of food. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and are so courteous. I cannot say enough about how great I felt about the customer service. The hotel is not centrally located. There are not many places to walk to, but then again, you don’t want to walk around too much when it’s so hot outside. I mainly used Uber to get around and greatly appreciated to have a nice comfortable and clean room to come back to.

Crowne had consistently high standards that I have come to expect worldwide. What really set the Okhla property apart was the professionalism and helpfulness of staff. We arrived late at night when restaurants in local area, and room service at crowne had closed. However, staff understood our situation and cooked an amazing meal for us. Everyone that we dealt with was super helpful and professional, they did everything with a smile. Really set a positive tone for our time in india.

Not a very clean room.

The room was not clean and there were only 3 hangers. Electric kettle was not working and had to be replaced. Floor had dirt on it. Shower water knob was broken. Toilet water was all yellow and looked dirty.

I was provided a room with dusty bed and table. Upon request my room was changed but the level of cleanliness was the same so had to request for another change and again it was the same. In the end I requested for a cleaner to come and clean whilst I was present in the room.

Very nice building and indeed rooms and shower etc. but it was cold in Delhi, and the room did not get above 17C. I asked for a heater on 3 times and one finally arrived on the 3rd night. The Buffet meals were great (both breakfast and dinner) but I for a poached egg at breakfast and after a long wait had a disappointing result. The staff were certainly polite but as an example, the heater just didn't arrive until I really made a fuss.
