"This was possibly the most comforable bed and pillows I've ever slept on. The hotel was quiet despite being in center city and having a small kitchen was a nice bonus (even though I didn't use it). If I need to stay over in Philly again, I will definitely come here."

"Staff had to understand that they are dealing with the public and that they need to be courteous and resilient, respectful with travelers. Only in Philadelphia. We have stayed in other Embassy Suites in other states and customer service was superb."
