"I wish I could leave a better review. Facilities were nice and room was spacious and clean. Staff was kind.
Where it went south…TV did not work. Spoke with front desk twice, never came to fix it. My bed frame was broken, right side of the bed. Told front desk twice, no fix. As for new towels twice in the AM, no towels in the PM, went to front desk to get more. Zero housekeeping throughout the stay. Tried to cook in the room…stove vent would not come on, told front desk. Kitchen sink barely came on and in the shower, average water temp was like warm. Told front desk.
I haven’t left bad reviews. This is my first but when I was told they would look into it and didn’t happen. That’s a customer service issue.
Sorry folks. I will not return and cancelled my next stay. Rates were great but now I know why."
"We loved this hotel! The pool was next level above the standard hotel pool, the light continental breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and roomy, and it had a bathtub! We were here with our grandchildren visiting Six Flags and they loved it too."
Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
2/10 Terrible
"Dirty property with cigarette butts all over the place and overflowing garbage cans in the parking lot.
Tall weeds in beds where flowers should be. Not how a quality well run property should look.
They sent me a welcome text saying if I need anything to text a reply. There wasn't a DND flag in my room so I asked for someone to bring one to my room. Never brought it and never replied to my text. I went to the front desk the next morning and got one.
TV was junk. Didn't have the original remote so it was a challenge to get a preferred channel. No mute button and the numbers on it didn't work so I had to hold down the CH- or CH+ buttons and scroll through all channels. Then the channels weren't synced up right either. Screen would say CNN when it was CBS or NBC when it was FOX or HIST when it was ESPN. Couldn't even get ABC. No signal on a lot of stations.
Breakfast wasn't good. Had some mini muffins I couldn't even hardly get down the first bite of.
The alarm clock time wasn't set. Sorry, that's not my job.
Tiny fridge with little room for anything. I needed a freezer so I could freeze my ice packs, but not even a freezer at all.
The carpet in the elevator was absolutely trashed. The color was grime.
Price was way too high for this property. There are far better places for much cheaper."
"The building was poorly remodeled with missing tiles in bathroom and door that wouldn't completely close. Dead and even a live bug in light fixtures. Unsafe in-bath shower. Breakfast area too small and AC too cold."
"The whole place was dirty and not maintained. There was no breakfast. Staff was rude and not at all helpful. Way overpriced. Stay literally anywhere else."
