「The master bathroom shower didnt work the handle wasnt on. So only one shower worked for the family. 🙁」

「I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...

「Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...

「Great location on a mountaintop, overlooking the entire valley! Incredibly nice salt-water pool and jacuzzi. Incredible game room with pinballs, billiards and much more for people of all ages. The room is super-efficient, and everything has been thought of for all of your short or long-term stays. Breakfast is not offered, although a "grab-n-go" is available for a fee. The front desk staff and housekeeping were overly gracious, kind, helpful and caring. This will be a new tradition for...

「Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta」
